MyScoutPage is run by SoloFive LLC. Replies come from a person who can actually change the product, not a ticketing system, and usually within a couple of days.

Anything about your account

Questions, problems, billing, or a request to see, correct or delete what we hold — [email protected].

You do not need to email us to delete your account. That is a button on your account settings, it takes the page, the reel, the photo, the transcript and the view history together, and it does not wait on us. See what we keep and for how long.

A child’s page that shouldn’t be up

If you believe a page names a child without a parent’s involvement, or is about a child under 13, write to [email protected] with the link. We take it down first and ask questions afterwards. You do not have to prove anything to us to get that far.

Coaches

To be removed from the program directory, use the opt-out form — it is one click, it applies to every account at once, and it does not require emailing anybody. What we hold and where it came from is set out at /coaches.
